What is Sahaja Yoga?

Sahaja yoga is a type of yoga which claims to be a unique method of mediation that is based on an experience called self-realization. This type of yoga works in part with the Tantra Yoga, and is considered to be able to work for every human being.

It is through the processes combined in sahaja yoga that an inner transformation takes place, by which the devotee becomes united, integrated and balanced overall. The practice of sahaja yoga has been ultimately proved and experienced by over hundreds of thousands of people in over 90 countries worldwide.

The practitioners of sahaja yoga pride and prioritize themselves in respecting all major religions as well as their founders, and in fact consider them as all part of one tree of life.
